Board Rentals are $20/board for most groups within or outside of the university community, and $5/board for WSU College of Arts and Sciences departments. Additionally, there is a one time $20 handling fee for the rental period to cover expenses for check-out/in and maintenance of the boards. An 8% administrative fee on the total cost will also be applied to groups outside the WSU College of Sciences, as this is a charge incurred from the WSU controller’s office that can’t be absorbed by our unit.
The display boards are dual sided 5’x4’, very portable and can be moved, carried individually, and assembled by 2 people. They may be set up individually or linked end to end. Stick pins, tacks or velcro can be used for hanging pieces to the boards. If the boards incur damage during the rental period, there will be charges applied for the repair. The rate for repair (plus materials) is at $41.00/hr.
The organization renting the boards must arrange for their own delivery to and from our location where they are stored in Eastlick Hall on the Pullman WSU campus. There are 100 display boards available for rent which are stored with separate legs on 7 carts. When renting all 100, they can be hauled in a covered truck/van approximately 8’x20′ in size. Smaller numbers can be transported by mini-van or pickup trucks. For transportation and setup services you may also contact Eric Slocum from WSU’s Facilities Operations 509-335-9088 for assistance. They do charge a labor fee for their moving services.

Please include the number of boards you want to rent, and rental dates needed.
